15 THINGS WILL SAVE TV ACTORS FROM CHEATING & HARRASHMENT OF PRODUCERS .

According to MOU between Production Association (IFTPC-TV Serial Wing) and CINTAA , some important changes must be into Knowledge of all actor and actress which are as follows .

1. Such artist those per episode or daily remuneration is upto Rs. 5000 , they will be paid additional cash Rs. 300/- daily as convenience except their daily payment by production house.

2. Such artist those per episode or daily remuneration is upto Rs. 5000 and their work for 5 days, payment of their remuneration will be paid from the sixth day to the last day of shooting by their production house. But those artist working in the mythological , historical or weekend show then payment of their remuneration will be paid from the 22^nd day to the last day of shooting.

3. Artist those per episode or daily remuneration is more than Rs. 5000 , they will be paid in advance before a day of the shooting by production house. It’s is suggested to all such artist that at the time of fixing remuneration of their work must add your convenience too. The Remaining remuneration will be paid as per agreed condition of your agreement.

4. If artist reaches on the set on the call of shooting and even if shooting postpone or cancelled for that day , still he or she will be paid by the production House for that day.

5. After pack up, every artist will get signature into CINTAA diary everyday through the appointed person by production house and must write remarks, if any.

6. All artists must read artist agreement prepared by producer and sign only after clarification of each clause of the agreement. If you are not agreed on any point or clause of the agreement then sign only after solving the dispute. If one do not have agreement copy before or until 15 days of shooting, then inform to CINTAA office.

7. No any artist would leave the shooting set without permission of production house while shooting, if you have permission to go then must get to note into CINTAA Diary otherwise production will be deduct their remuneration on Pro-rata Basis. This condition is not applicable if artist got packed up after finishing their shooting.(Its necessary to get note down Pack Up Time into CINTAA diary)

8. If any artist is called specially for dubbing of the shoot by production house, then the artist will be eligible to get convince for that day.

9. Artists selection should be done only by casting Director or person appointed by Producer.

10. Production house will provide general Insurance to each artist.

11. According to Agreement the review of Block Dates will be done within three months from the date of Broadcasting. Later on remaining dates artist could shoot for other by prior information to producer.

12. Before signing of agreement, if any actor or actress is already working with any production house then he or she must have to inform and complete description to producer.

13. Lead/Main actors and important actors, except special circumstances he or she can’t leave the Tv Serial before 3 years since first day of broadcast.

14. In breach of any term & Conditions of the agreement (MOU) artist will inform to the CINTAA office.
